After this year's Arkansas football schedule let me assure you that I am crying tears just as big as horse droppings for you fellows.
Still should be a really good season for Alabama and one they contend for the SEC regular season title (the SEC tourney is always kind of crap shoot because someone out of the blue can get hot).

Yea they were real good last year on preseason rankings last year
Kansas was 6 hahaha, Duke 9 and Kentucky 10.
Two didn’t make the tournament and one didn’t get out first weekend and got beat by 40.
None of them did a thing last year
Kansas is like Texas football and preseason (Texas will be better than KU at basketball with Beard though). Kansas always ranked high then folds when it matters

Eh, I'm pretty confident Beard will be able to put it together. With the portal now there are a lot of teams that have a lot of new pieces that weren't there the year before to go off of. He can coach.

If Beard coaches as well as he's respected, then I'll be confident in Texas as a contender for the next 4-5 years (until Beard understandably leaves Texas for an actual basketball school). Until then, I've been lied to enough by Shaka and the entire football program to remain skeptical.
If y'all thought Texas underachieves with their recruited talent in football, Shaka Smart would've bewildered some of you over the past 6 years
