One thing worth mentioning is that 7 of 8 SEC series this weekend were sweeps. That is insane with all the parity in SEC baseball now.

I didn't want you to feel inept when looking at things that may be bigger than you.

Can we once again talk about how incredibly stupid it is that the SEC presets its cable TV schedule pre season?
Top 5 matchup in Starkville is relegated to SEC Network+ in favor of:
Thursday
#17 Arkansas at #18 Auburn (ESPN2)
#2 Texas at South Carolina (SECN)
Friday
LSU at Tennessee (SECN)
Saturday
LSU at Tennessee (ESPN2)
Ole Miss at #21 Florida (SECN)
Just no good excuse for not featuring the weeks best games SOMEWHERE more than a subscription only streaming service
Nevermind that they should be doing an SEC Nation style set up each Saturday in the Spring come conference schedule time. Most all of these SEC parks (save maybe Mizzou) have plazas or concourses that would allow for a Hoover-style tv desk from 10-Noon
Should also at least be producing an SEC (if not NCAA) Bases Loaded style whip around show for Saturday/Sundays from April-May

Texas is likely ranked too high. We've been squeaking out close wins, but it's been a struggle. We've yet to play a conference series against an SEC team currently in the top half of the conference rankings.

Texas will fall off just like last year . Last week you guys were bragging about beating ole Miss and Auburn and calling them pretty good baseball teams. it will change every week because everyone is good .

Texas won the conference last season despite losing our ace to injury midway through conference play. That didn’t stop us from kicking Sooner arse to end the regular season, though.

Baseball is too fickle a sport to talk too much trash. The chances of it blowing up in one’s face is too great.
Hilarious coming from you.
