We have a coach with a proven track record, who has won a NC prior to arriving at Bama and all of a sudden the auburn fanbase starts whinning like a girl scout who had their cookies jacked about our recruiting.

Yet auburn is recruiting lights out with a coach who has a losing record, an OC who came out of HS and has changed schools as fast as anyone I can recall, and a questionable recruiter who wears his hat backwards and waves towels.

Yeah I can see where someone can draw the conclusion that Bama is cheating. Our staff is no where near thje calibre of auburns nor have we ever experienced the success that auburn has had...ever.

So yes, we are buying recruits because we all know they are dying to play for Chiznick. Never mind what Saban has accomplished as a head coach.

but to the question about Coleman and the "bammer" offer.........
It has been made known to many "bammers" for at least over a month...maybe 2 or longer that Coleman was looking around.
The so called "experts" have linked stories stating Coleman was wanting to look around and that "bammer" was 1 of the schools he wanted to look at.
"bammer" has 2 other OL they are wanting...Stone and Koujando(sp) out of Maryland. IMO Coleman is a fallback plan if 1 of the 2 or both go elsewhere.
The "experts" all believe that if "bammers" were to push for Colemans committment they would get it. Been saying that for at least a month. Same goes for the Dixon kid who is visiting today.

If"bammers" are offering $$$$ it is only because someone else "sweetened" the pot already....and who is he committed to? Auburn right?
