JJ is better than Coker. Maybe not by much, but he's better.

RANKING #105 J. Johnson, AUB - QBR 39.1

RANKING #53 Jake Coker, ALA - QBR 64.7

Joey Galloway is a bias lying A-hole much like Obama he cannot tell the truth.

Jake is twice the QB of JJ from Good Times.

In what universe?

QB A: 30/47 for 427 yards 63.8% 9.09 yard avg 2 TD 1 INT
QB B: 32/53 for 373 yards 60.4% 7.04 yard avg 3 TD 5 INT

And this is despite the fact that Coker has two less quarters of play than JJ.

Joey Galloway made the comparison on Finebaum and also heard it on our local radio shows. They're similar in that they throw the ball to places only the defense can catch it

Bama fans, does this comparison make you ill

NO

Stupid comment on your behalf. LSU 45 BARN 10

It's been 2 games. I know I've been down on Coker...I'm not trying to shite all over him. It's honestly how I feel, and what I see. I don't care what the stats say, Coker has looked horrible and there is little reason to believe he'll improve all the things he looks horrible doing.

Jeremy Johnson has obviously played the much tougher competition. Clemson is a top 10 team and they barely scored half the points against Louisville that Auburn did. Bammer has played nobody, yet Coket still hasn't looked that great

I agree that he has been a disappointment thus far, but for you to say that JJ is better than Coker right now is stupid. Both teams have played equal competition thus far, and Coker has looked light years better than JJ. I don't know how that is even up for debate.

Always start out that way. Don't usually finish that way.

How can you say definitively that Clemson is better than Wisconsin?

It has little to do with the 2 games they've played so far. The things that Coker is struggling with aren't fixable IMO. Do y'all really think JJ is going to suck arse like this all year? I could see Coker's stats getting worse from here. He's been VERY lucky on many of his poor throws.

This has to be the most inaccurate incoherent post I have read on the rant in the last 24 hours.

I agree that Coker's issues can't be fixed. You can't fix stupid. But i will still take the guy that doesn't turn the ball over.

What is Coker struggling with that is not fixable? How are JJ's struggles fixable?

He's also been unlucky on some of his throws. ArDarius doesn't quit on a route, and Coker throws for an additional 50 yards against Wisconsin.

His slow release is the exact opposite of what Kiffin's offense needs. He can't fix that. He's insanely inaccurate and has been his entire career. I doubt he fixes that. He has ZERO feel for the position. He can't fix that.

It is messed up that this is considered a disparaging comment. Before the season began, this would probably have been meant as a complement.

How quickly real game time can change perception...

You think JJ will have 30 picks this year? He'll cut down on the picks.
