Cohen was abysmal with his offensive decisions. Lemonis has been abysmal with his pitching decisions.

And unfortunately for him our Fielding has been about as inconsistent as it's been.

I've liked the Lemonis offensive approach. Just a shame we never had a consistent DH tho.

I'm not a big fan of the sport of baseball in general. Would much rather State adopt Men's Soccer and just drop the baseball experiment

I hate Polk. He had the opportunity to make State baseball the premier team in the SEC, and instead thanks to his selfishness has put State far behind LSU and behind Florida, South Carolina, and Vanderbilt. We're competing with Arkansas.

Agreed! Baseball also includes lots of little breaks and luck. As my daddy used to say about a weird win by a team that shouldn't have won, "Baseball". It is just what it is and that's why a seven game world series. A double elimination tournament isn't the full test, why, "Baseball". Y'all were really good this year and I thought y'all would win it all but lucky hits in the ninth inning cost you. Period. Baseball, nuff said.

I think we could have left Ginn in another inning but also he was losing velocity and it’s possible he was getting sore. We don’t know what all was said out there.

And it’s not like we chose anyone bad to come in. Liebelt has been money most of the year but he was off last night. Gordon pitched fine the ump screwed him on a lot of calls. It is what it is but can you really complain about coaching when we won 52 games? The 2nd most in school history with one of the toughest schedules in the toughest conference in the country?
