Your AD is not helping your cause. He is offering home and homes to schools in much higher tiers. Y’all could probably get a home and home with South Alabama or MTSU.

What would be more of a statement than winning the Swamp? UCF knows they can't do it, so they turned down the 2-1.

Good for laughs!

UCF’s desire to be relevant is cute. Have a tougher schedule and beat good teams more than just post season play. It very easy to get up for a bowl game. Play tough teams week in and week out and come see us again.

How about a list of teams that coul have gone undefeated with your schedule.

Auburn
Alabama
LSU
aTm
Miss St

UGA
UF
Mizzou
Kentucky

Clemons
NC State
Syracuse

West Virginia
Texas
Oklahoma

Ohio State
Michigan
Minnesota
Northwestern
Penn State
Maryland

Notre Dame
Boise
Fresno

Washington
Wazzu
Sanford
Cal
USC

And probably a lot more.

Schedule means things. Undefeated is impressive and hard to do but it’s still a midmajor schedule.

When you're an up and coming program looking for a seat at the adult table, you take whatever is offered to you in scheduling like Boise State used to do.

Why do you keep trying to compare UCF to UF ? UCF is not even a power 5 team . You boost about your great record you get from playing nobody . UCF played 0 ranked teams this years and only 1 power 5 team. Let us know you play a real schedule . Your only power 5 opponent Pitt who is 7-6 would be a average team on schedule this year at best . There is a reason UCF is ranked below multiple 2 loss teams and just ahead of Washington and UF who have 3 losses. You play nobody and nobody respects you . Your not even a top 3 program in the state .

He didn't forget. He just didn't mention them for the same reason CFB coaches don't mention how well Pee Wee teams did for the last 10 years. What would be the point?

UCF must be scared of Florida. They gave them the chance to prove themselves and UCF ran away from it.

UCF needs the game more than Florida does

we’ve tried to schedule many P5 teams but a lot of the time they just won’t. Why? Bc it’s a lose lose for them.

Please tell us how you’d like us to do it? We have Stanford coming in next year and play Pitt away. Texas just dropped us (for Alabama to be fair). The ones that have we’ve typically beaten at least once. in the series: Penn State, NC State, Boston College, etc.

You can take 1-2 from people like Florida.

Scheduled 4 top 25 non conference games, then you can start to be in the conversation with teams that play real schedules.

Hell do 3 for 1s with good teams. Sucks but that's the price you have to pay. Honestly you could play 4 road power 5 games every year and it would be fair. We do it

If you don't like the 2 for 1 idea then start building sec type facilities and buy your way into a power five conference.

It sucks but that's the price to pay. It isn't free and you don't get in just because "it's not fair".

And sorry, I wouldn't feel bad for a team that had to make 4 quality road trips a year then have 8 creampuffs in the conference. Playing 4 hard games on the road is what every sec team has to do.

You should do it. You still have 8 shitty games on the schedule.

Sorry but just going undefeated with your schedule is not good enough. Why should UCF be given special treatment? UCF has a MASSIVE advantage in scheduling

mullens also didn't mention the 4+ million dollars they lose by not playing at the swamp.

ucf gonna pay up for a 1 and 1? nope.

uf was probably paying ucf more than they make for their home games.

does ucf football even operate at a profit?

it's all dollars and cents. shoulda been thankful for a 2-1.

You could start by playing more then 2 P5 teams when teams like UF play 9+ a year . Stop demanding P5 teams treat you like an equal when your not.

Take the deal UF offered and quit crying. It's more than fair. You've got to pay your dues and earn people's respect - not give your team fake National Championships.
