but REFS
Did Clemson fans watch the game?
The refs were on your fricking nuts all night. You don't even sniff 25% of your total yardage if the refs actually call it fair. So many BS drive extending penalties that bailed y'all out of the new record for 3 and Outs.

If Clemson can’t move the ball on Georgia’s defense, there is no way we are moving on Bama’s.
Unfortunately for both Clemson and UGA Bama looks very balanced.

Yes, quite possibly.

I have no doubt you will run the table in your shite conference....your peers proved that this weekend.
Enjoy your NY6 bowl, the playoffs are gone for you.

Doesn’t look that way.

12-0 from here and than breeze thru playoffs. Natty again.......as usual,
12-0 might be right, but we’re not breezing through the playoffs assuming we even make it which feels more difficult this year with more than 2 viable contenders in the SEC and no scheduling help to look like anything other than the tallest midget the rest of the season.
Elliott and Caldwell got their arse whooped. DJ looked awful. OL blows and wasn’t schemed around. To think I was most concerned Venables wouldn’t have adjusted his scheme after being exposed by Ryan Day twice. Venables looks to have adapted, Elliott and Caldwell look lost and inept.
Personally I hope we finish 5th and miss the playoffs and make the necessary angry adjustments. We don’t appear a playoff team this year with that performance. Championship defense, basement offense. That’s the worst offensive performance I can recall seeing and I don’t want to hear UGA may be the best Defense this year when we’ve dropped 40+ on Bama’s defense multiple times in national championships.

Ohio St would put 40 on both Clem and Georgia.
bullshite, they couldn't score but 41 on Minnesota. They would barely score 10 on UGA's defense

Correct call.
However you didn't mention a PI call against Georgia that was incorrect, and I'm sure there were others possibly on both sides. All in all it was pretty even.

Almost as dumb as OP. Stroud doesn’t look to be anywhere near a good passer. OSU wouldn’t score 20 on either Clemson or UGA. OSU is dropping a couple of games this year.

DJ looked awful.
No doubt he was a bit slow analyzing the field and held on to the ball a bit too long. But we put Clemson in the position of having to throw the ball and we came at him with everybody on pass rush.
Your Oline was too inexperienced to adjust their blocking assignments and didn't give Uigeleilei enough time to throw. He should have thrown the ball away more often, but all in all he only made one really bad throw and it cost him. (And the throw actually wasn't that bad, either)
Georgia just had an excellent defensive game plan, and Clemson couldn't adjust, or didn't have the ability to do what needed to be done.
Justyn Ross looked slow and tentative. Guessing he is not anywhere near 100%. MAYBE 60-70%? When he gets healthy your offense will open up a lot.

Not to take anything away from UGA’s defensive play but frequently DJ and the WR looked like they expected two totally different routes and I think it was blamed on the WRs to cover for DJ.
Our offensive play calling was HORRIBLE. Even as bad as we played we had the opportunity to tie inside the 10 and Elliott called 3 straight passes. Our OL has been less than excellent for a couple of years now and going up against an elite front 7 run under Kirby Smart and not mixing run/pass and including plenty of roll outs by a huge QB was stupid game planning. We didn’t run near enough read option either. Pace is a 3rd string RB and got seemingly the most playing time. Zero sense.

I know LSU fans are illogical, but goodness gracious. Florida State might give you guys a run for your money.
