I think LSU played better than we thought they would.

So you’re comparing last year’s teams to this year’s teams? That isn’t how this sport works.

And yet LSU fans, and many others, love to base future results on all time records.

Last year's results are a closer predictor since much of the roster and at least part of the coaching staffs are the same.

Speaking of which, 37-7.

So Clemson was up by 38 in the third quarter and LSU was up by 30 in the third quarter.

Clemson and LSU took care of business.

dude, your defense gave up 350 yards to Miami. Your DB's got beat all night. AU is much better than Miami.

Really? Miami has played four games in the 2018 season when everybody else has only played one? Weird.

Sigh...

You’re going to be disappointed. Best front 7 in the SEC, toughest stadium to win at in the SEC, Elite QB in Stidham.

@ Mississippi State
@ Georgia
@ Alabama

Your home field advantage will come in handy against a suddenly overrated LSU team, but your toughest games are on the road, which hasn't served AU well in recent memory.

This cannot be said enough. Very underrated post.

Miami's QB was terrible. He overthrew open receivers all night. LSU had a little to do with that, but how much will be determined in the coming weeks.

Burrow didn't look especially great, either. LSU didn't quite have 300 yards of offense.

And that was a much better Miami team than that dog shite tier team on the field last night.

They won 10 games in the ACC which translates to FSU and the North Carolina schools in a down year.

If half of FSU's team hadn't gotten hurt playing Alabama, Miami likely doesn't win that game either. They barely beat the following powerhouses (1 score or less):

FSU
Georgia Tech
UNC

Were less than 10 above Syracuse

Got beaten by 10 by Pittsburgh

Everyone creamed their pants when they beat an overrated Notre Dame team (#3 at game time). That's why Miami started top 10 this year.

I'm amused at how many teams have the best front 7 in the SEC. AU's DL might be up there, but the LB corps isn't.

Your excuses for Miami are staggering. It’s like you’re totally desperate to save face for something

It was 33-3 in the 4th quarter and Burrow had 5 drops

So many SEC fans are wanting this to not be true. It's pretty obvious who had LSU penciled in as a W on their calendar and are now crawfishing after last night.

Just a reminder, before LSU fans get too far ahead of themselves

You do realize that that was a different year and different team, right?

I mean, using your logic you could compare Auburn's win against Washington to Alabama's win against Washington and tell Auburn fans to not get too far ahead of yourselves.
