Rumors here are we are going after Knowles at Oh St, though it may just be a pipe dream. Apparently his way younger than him girlfriend lives in Norman. We all know its undefeated.

She lives in Piedmont.

Tom Allen bout to get paid, no one is leaving Penn state as dc to coach Clemson as dc. He is letting Penn st know he needs a raise. Same thing tenner dc did with miami

Would you rather work for Dabo or Franklin? Pretty easy decision.

Is it?
I am not sure which one I'd rather work for. Dabo has won 2 titles but must be a pain not taking transfers or playing the NIL game so you may not be competing.
The ACC is an easier conference but PSU just made the semis

Maybe but the relationship with my current employer would have to be pretty strained for me to make a lateral move to build success vs where I’ve already cultivated it.

He has already been a P5 head coach. I don't think he is trying to work up the ladder at this point. Quality of Life is important to coaches.
Franklin is a known piece of shite.

I imagine going forward most years the acc is a one bid league. Big is 4. I don’t think finishing 4th in the big is that much tougher than first in the acc. Penn st probably has four maybe five equals in the big(competing for four spots). Clemson has two maybe three in the acc(competing for one).

I didn’t know much bout him other than he was Indiana coach. But I agree if you’re looking for quality of life sc>penn no doubt. Cheaper too.

Again I don't know this. Is Dabo a good person to work with?
His DC and OC stayed with him for a long time in the 2010s for sure

Allen's daughters live in the Carolina's and his son is moving on to Clemson as an analyst.
Easy decision for Allen to be closer to family...plus I was told his wife never made the move with him to State College.
