Yep. There's a group of us that are big Gamecocks at my church. My folks gave up tickets in 2014 after watching us blow a 14 point lead to UT with 2:00 left. The last event I went to was the Sunday baseball game against UK in Holbrook's last season. I get pestered to go up there for games and am honest about why I won't go. They give me grief about it, but I'm the only one in the group with a USC degree and I love my alma mater too much to support them doubling down on a bad decision.

It really confuses me.

The whole "well if you don't like it do something about it" crowd.

Clemson already plays 11-12 cupcakes a year. Why on earth would they leave the lucrative ACC with an easy path?

People said the same about FSU in the 90s. FSU just laughed while constantly finishing in the top 5 while mudstomping the weakest conference in "P5"

ACC is the only other conference that has not been left out of the playoffs.

FSU's run in the 90s was prior to expansion.

biggest cupcake Clemson played this year was Bama.

Just means it's an easy path. Doesn't really help your argument.

Ah yes, the ACC added some real powerhouses to get up to snuff.

Pretty weak, but a B- for effort.

If he were a Kappa Sig or an ATO from the mid-1990's to about 2010, he'd have probably known a few dozen.

Miami, Va Tech generally not cupcakes and BC and Syracuse have had some great teams.

If SEC is so tough why does Alabama win it almost every year. Answer...it isn't that tough.

ACC is 28-26 against SEC the past 5 years.

Boom shakalacka

Clemson is a founding father of the ACC so Clemson leaving the ACC for the big bad SEC after ending Alabama's reign of terror is like George Washington moving to England after defeating the king in war.

That's a cuck move.

lol

That actually seems like the opposite of a cuck move

Mizzou is a big 10 team pretending to be a big 12 team in the sec.

Maryland can go to hell...they left the ACC a few years ago for the greener pastures of the Big10 and they can stay there
