Assisting in ruining a man's career based on speculation and double hearsay. Travis, as a lawyer, should know better. And I say this as a regular reader of Outkick the Coverage and someone who loved Clay's appearance on The Rubin Report.

But what was he wrong about? You can disagree with what he did. Or say "he's wrong" for doing so but that's your opinion.
And how did he ruin his career? He still has his job as the defensive coordinator of one of the top college football programs in the country. I'm also still confused as how mentioning a public document from someone's sworn testimony makes him "wrong."

Clay didn't assist in ruining anyone's career, Schiano coaching in Sandusky's staff for 5 SEASONS when basically the first charged child sex abuse acts occurred, being an ATROCIOUS POS HC at Tampa Bay who may have violated HIPPA rules, Mike McQueary's deposition that was released to the public last year and the idiot that tagged "Schiano Covered Up Child Rape" on the Tennessee rock ASSISTED IN RUINING HIS CAREER. Clay makes a living calling what MSESPN did with the Lebron James graffiti, the Michael Bennett police incident and the Sumlin letter wrong. He rightfully calls them out for exploiting something with no evidence to further their narrative.
With the UTK coaching hire, Clay used his forum as a vehicle for the same kind of mob tactics, all to torpedo a hire he thought wasn't adequate for the Vols. By his own standards, he is either wrong or a hypocrite.
