Hog fans support every sports program they have in a big way. That is more impressive than so called "class" in my book.
All the coaches other than the basketball coach seem to be solid dudes... and while Cal has always been a bit on the sleazy side as far as coaching... he is mostly a villain because he has won so much.

My sister is a tennessee grad. While at the sec tournament the last 3 years she has slowly started liking tennessee less and less because of the fan base and has even said she was embarrassed of wearing her tennessee shirt the way some fans acted towards others there. It isn't just alters.
