Vandy with ATM schedule is likely in

I mean they pretty much did play the A&M schedule except for the game in T-Town.

LSU check
Auburn check
Texas check
Missouri check
South Carolina check
Arkansas/Kentucky essentially check

Obviously Tennessee & Alabama are much better than Florida & Mississippi State

Would have been fun to see if they could have beaten the Irish in South Bend.

Crazy to think they were possibly an onside kick recovery away from 11-1

Can't believe that dude wasn't mentioned more during the coaching searches. Maybe he made it known that he's not leaving Vandy.

Grew up in Nashville and was a huge Vandy fan as a kid. Played at Vandy. Family is in Nashville. Vandy gave him a good extension and he'll never have pressure like other big programs. He probably sees himself making millions a year in his hometown working for his favorite school and alma mater for 2 decades and retiring.

Not bad work if you can get it.

ETA:

Also a risk for bigger programs as he's never really had success like this without Pavia being ridiculous.

Swap Bama though for MSU and they likely are 11-1

It’s Vandy’s fault that their name is not “Alabama” or “Miami”. Vandy would clap Bama in a rematch

I'm interested to see if they can maintain this level without Pavia.

If they keep Jerry Kill on staff they’ll continue to be very successful. He’s the wizard behind the curtain.
