Aggies wasting all that money on Jimbo can't they just find a local to coach the team?

He's younger than Sumlin. Sorry we have money?

Clearly the situation is different now after FSU had their worst season since Gerald Ford was President.

There’s also the main point that if you throw enough money at anybody, they will go anywhere (maybe besides Saban)

May be younger, but does not appear younger (not being racist...just a fact) Also, his name is Jimbo and looks goofy in the hat so you may need to get rid of the Swag Helicopter.

We looked but all the coordinators in the SEC with losing records as head coaches in the SEC, they were already taken.

Would this cause LSU fans to melt?

Didn't they want Jimbo?

It would trigger a bunch of trolling from 7exas A&M fans, then a response melt from LSU fans. Flash forward a year when we beat them again and there'd be trolling from LSU fans, complete with some melting from Texas A8M fans.

So, you know, the usual.

so in other words, both fanbases will melt when something bad happens and troll when something good happens? Seems about right

Like I said before the A&M game: "LSU is going to beat them for the 7th time in a row and still get trolled in the end."

"Trolled"

If you've been living in Texas as long as I have, you just KNOW that Aggy will make up a positive for every negative.

Its...Aggy.

We did before he needed to reschedule UL Monroe just to have a .500 season at FSU.

I’m cool with the idea of Fisher going to college station.

If A&M only wins 7 or 8 games, losing 3 or 4 games a season with Fisher at the helm, will the Aggies then admit that they are what they are? Middle to lower half of the SEC. I’m convinced A&M’s problems are just like The Longhorns.

Nice to have him in the SEC. Hate to have him in the SEC for recruiting reasons though. Especially at a Texas school.

Why would Jimbo leave FSU for TAMU? He’s won a Natty and has to compete against only two other teams in all of the ACC. Not to mention he’s getting paid a ton of money. Now he wants to head to a team that has to play 3 top programs every year just to win the division?

he's miserable at FSU and Sexton is his agent?

But for realsies though...

Landry has sources. He has "insider" information. He does fluff and exaggerate stuff though. His story about Alleva watching film with Orgeron and stuff was all false. Either someone lied to him or he did himself.

A top coach can win big at aTm. They are better setup than a UCLA which some people were calling a sleeping giant. Now I'm not sure Jimbo is that guy but if they want to overpay for him than more power to them.
