I know I just like picking on Broyles ever since I read that story about their first black player. I am positive many were.

i disagree, i think there are some players who are just that big for a program
herschel walker, bo jackson, and tim tebow for starters i think absolutely would deserve a place adorned the Mountain

I think it is this one. They actually honored him at the halftime of Arky's game against Auburn.

Trust me, I'm not a big Broyles fan. But I can't deny what he did for the program as a coach and AD (before he became senile).

ok i have been reading it and i was wrong, my bad, broyles is an arse and deserves no recognition. i understand the whole everyone being racist thing but jesus. i'm no crusader in the name of equality but that man will enjoy an eternity in hell

Yeah, I don't mean to single him out because Darrell's is the only story I have read like this. I am sure there are others like this or worse. However, Broyles was brutal to this man and just got to me. I am no crusader either, but this story was just wow.

i agree whole heartedly. at least his legacy pretty much is only in arkansas cause i doubt you would find anyone in georgia who knew or gave a shite who frank broyles was
