I won't speak for OU, but we wouldn't notice.

As a consolation, you may play each other for the NIT crown

Texas fans would be disappointed if they made the tournament. Might mean they keep Terry another year

We may limp in if we win at home and win an SEC tourney game.

I would love if we make it and find an upgrade at coach next year, thats preferred.

If we make it let Tre shoot 50 times a game and just see if he can single handedly pull a few upsets.

There are only two outcomes we are willing to accept.

1) Texas misses the tournament so RT is replaced.
2) Texas becomes the first 16 seed to ever win March Madness.

The lowest seed to ever win it all was in 1985 when 8th seeded Villanova won it all. A 16 seed has never even reached the Sweet Sixteen.

I was thinking about winning a game, not it all.

If the horns were to get in, they would be a 10 or 11. The seeds below that are always tournament champs from the smaller leagues.

100% agree only because I think missing the tourney seals RT fate. However, if both are possible sing me up. We havent missed the tourney since 2019 and would love to keep the streak alive.
