The Pac 12 was awesome when he was there and he led the conference in offense 3 years. His defenses would be middle of the SEC. Youre scared.

This is delusion. Bama would be a shootout tossup, they already destroyed Barn last year but it would be much closer this year, UGA and LSU couldnt keep up offensively, and State? LOL
Face it, the past couple of years, SEC defensive numbers have been propped up by facing atrocious offenses. Look what kind of stats OU, Ohio St, and Clemson have put up on Bama the past few years.
Chip Kelly will do just fine if UF hires him.

Well first off they have to rebuild UF from the bottom up. Recruiting fell off the map under McElwain. If they are able to bring the talent level back up, especially on defense, the concerns about Chip’s offense gassing their own defense will still be there. Being the DC under Chip will be one of the worst jobs in the SEC.

Recruiting Defensive players to Oregon is different than recruiting players to UF. He will control the East within two years and beat LSU on a regular basis. I am glad AU is not in the East now.

Chip has enough talent there right now to win. If he can do it at Oregon he can do it at Florida easily.

But the Gators are the University of Florida in a state that has the best recruits. He will change that trend from day one.
