This is 14-10 against the shite ACC with multiple top 5 classes, the most talent in that conference by a vast margin.

We give Dabo grief about running through a weak schedule every year but Jimbo went 14-10 vs that conference his last three seasons.

He has a 77% career winning % in 11 seasons. At some point, you are what your record is and Jimbo's record is pretty damn good.

So you're saying 14-10 against the ACC with top level talent is that mark of good coaching?

I am saying, as a whole, Jimbo is one of the top coaches in the world because he has one of the best resumes in the world. Everyone has some highs and lows.

Bum arse Saban when 2-2 in Nov of 2019. He sucks, right?

That seems awfully high for Ed O. Then again he’s the second lowest coach with a NC (by one spot to Mack Brown). If LSU bounces back like I hope they will, he may earn this spot though.

Bit of a difference in a 4 game stretch and a 5 year stretch although obviously Jimbo had a good year in 2020.

The man is a more progressive Les Miles, he brings in top talent and pushes around less talented teams but struggles when facing equal or better teams. Also has some WTF losses like getting blown out by Louisville or Boston College.

Florida, Auburn, & Lsu have similar talent. Jimbo went 3-0.

Texas A&M was one of the most experienced teams in the country coming into 2020, in a year in which experience and continuity was more important than ever.

It's why many thought A&M could possibly make the playoff in 2020.

It was a joke. I was being sarcastic that Saban is the obvious choice.

No excuse for having Orgeron behind any of them then.

Fisher and Orgeron both have 1 national title but Fisher has won 2 of the 3 games head to head so yeah he’s ahead if O

O has won a national title since then.

All of Fisher's bad times have happened since he won his.

Orgeron has done it at his current job a year and a half ago.

Jimbo did it somewhere else over 5 years ago then ran that program into the ditch.
