You might actually be retarded if you think the guy is actually asking "who will he have to throw to" on a team he won't be playing for next year anyway 
Its also still the 2024-2025 CFB season, so even using "does" when he should have said "did" (which is clearly what occurred) can easily be construed as him referring to the WRs he had this year.

Ohio State, Michigan or Notre Dame would be my guess.

I think he's NFL bound, just testing the waters. If he does transfer, better be to a school with receivers with great hands. I'll take Gunner > Carson. Best wishes though.
