Let’s be honest, how many of you(or lsu fans on this board) Bammers actually attended any college; nonetheless, Bama?

a few things and I don’t want to start a new thread..

1) yes, yes you can laugh at Texas to help you feel better about your shifty team that didn’t make it that far.. appleholes

2) yes, I feel like we should have won the game

3) yes, the refs played a role in the game. I think it was pretty evenly called for the most part, but good lord they barely blew tbe whistle in the first half, then called everything in the 2nd half. be consistent.. fair requst? I think so.

9 fouls 1st half
28 fouls 2nd half
that’s stupid, even with a perfect split

4) the main thing the refs did change was the tempo and flow in the 2nd half, and Texas just couldn’t get in any rhythm. it also effected our defense as we could be play more aggressive in the first half.. again, not complaining about the refs, but they played a role and that sucks, but it is what it is..

5) Texas and Alabama are not blue blood’s in hoops and it totally sucks that this may have been both of our best chance’s for a title.. maybe in our lifetime.. blah blah frick

6) I hope we hire Terry. I’m not sure how much of a difference Beard would have made today, but I’m okay with our decision to let him go even if it would have made a difference. The kids like playing for him and we had a hell of a year. He deserves the contract.

7) Good news! It’s baseball season and we just swept Tech this weekend and have won 14 in a row. Maybe we will make the postseason after all. Am I doing it right?

PS: It’s 10:35 pm and OU still sucks and A&M still has never made an Elite 8.

The refs gave texas’ defense too many undeserved charges and other offensive fouls in the first half and for the first 10 minutes of the second half.

So they were unprepared to actually stay in front of the Miami players when it mattered most.

Instead of disciplined defense, they made some very poor attempts to take charges down the stretch. Maybe they were gassed, but it was obvious that Miami outhustled them in the last 5 minutes.
