For the money that he lost?

Let’s face it his value has taken a hit and that can all be blamed on Saban/ bama team doctors not having his best interest in mind. They put a cast on his ankle then forced him to play when he clearly wasn’t ready. Heck, he probably would have been “further along then they thought” if they made sedatives strong enough and hip brace??

I’m just happy that someone with some sense got in his ear and saved him from that meat grinder.

He had an unnecessary ankle surgery twice. A high ankle sprain does not require surgery, except for getting back on the field quickly.

His season should have ended with the ankle injury, with no surgery. He could have rehabbed and been ready for NFL workouts.

What would be the cause of action? He voluntarily plays football, he could have said no to any procedure he ever underwent, etc.

Also, what loss? If he is a first-round pick, he has lost nothing.

How do you know he has lost any money? He might get drafted in the exact same spot he would have been drafted had he not gotten hurt. I doubt Tua packing it in after the ankle injury would have caused Burrow to have a shitty season
