Getting Zuniga back, Florida’s defensive line will be at 100% for the first time since week zero, when they got 10 sacks against Miami. Florida was able to pressure Burrow last year. The Gators DL has been even better this year, and they’ll have to play like they have been all year to have a chance.

That is the matchup that dictates how the game goes tomorrow. Are LSU fans confident in your OL to hold up?

Florida will get some sacks.
Burrow will throw some TD's.

In the end, LSU will win.

I'm confident in a game plan that will have consequences for UF if they get too aggressive on the pressure.

I'm sure Joe will get hit tomorrow. He's a warrior, so I don't think it will rattle him enough to change his game much. Unless he gets hurt of course.

Yep, but Florida’s DL can be game breakers. Pressure can cause turnovers, blow up drives, etc. I saw a stat that we get pressure on 58% of pass attempts.

The ability to get a consistent pass rush against y’all is the key. It will keep this game close and make it a toss up in the fourth quarter.

Is Zuniga definitely playing?

No, baw. Y'all are awesome and we should look for a cloud so we can cancel.

Why do you think Vegas thinks you are going to take a minor beatdown?

LSU’s OL has been better pass protecting than run blocking. Still a tough match but LSU should be much better protecting than last season vs Florida.

No one is talking about it but I think LSU could get some pressure on Trask more than you may think.

That’s why it’s important that we get home with four like we have so far. Grantham has been able to sit back in coverage because of our ability to get pressure with 4 rushers.

Yes. Mullen held him out last week despite being cleared to go. He’s very close to 100% at this point

How dare anybody question the mighty and powerful LSU offense? Can’t allow for any actual football discussion, not on Hangit’s watch

This is a great quality discussion. Two rivals can actually talk football and have a sensible discussion. You didn’t come out capping and no one felt obligated to retort in kind. Good thread Gator fan. Thanks.
You are not like the other gators we have had to deal with and miles ahead of the Aggies.

Well LSU's OL is a little better than Miami's. So I doubt you'll see that kind of success unless you blitz a lot.

If he's getting too much pressure we will just throw timing routes

That’s where we need Henderson and Marco to play well on the back end.

I think the game plan will be there to use the Florida aggression against them. Quick strike short passes will kill you. 3-7 yards at a time and when you miss a tackle, big gains. We will force those linebackers into coverage to lessen the rush.

Not expecting 10 sacks by any means

I do think Florida needs to get 3-4 sacks, and 5-6 more hurries. With how much LSU is throwing the ball, those hurry numbers may be modest.
