The only way Alabama gets 250 yards rushing is if the score is 30-0 after the first quarter and we basically just run the ball every play after that.

LSU has an excellent rush defense. I predict 150 yards rushing (if that) and another low scoring game.

I also predict that Alabama's defense will outscore the offense. We will stack the box, blitz like crazy, and force Mett to throw while scrambling....hopefully right to Milliner and Vinnie.

I just don't see Alabama rushing for more than 150 - if that much. It's going to be another game where punting+field position game.

I do think we'll be able to run the ball, but to the tune of 250 is highly doubtful. I don't think this lsu front is quite as good as it was a year ago and I think our defense has the ability to get off the field early and often against a team with lsu's style of play

I"m not saying LSU would've won, but the fact that it's at home and the fact that Bama hasn't been tested all year will play into LSU's favor.

They'll have played Michigan, Miss St, and aTm by then. All of those teams are currently in the AP top 25.

That being said, I don't think Bama will rush for more than 250 unless the LSU offense can't move the ball at all. I think Bama will try to have a balanced attack and probably get somewhere between 130 to 170 on the ground. The defense should be jacked up playing a night game at Tiger Stadium.

This is probably not too far from the truth. Unless something really odd happens it's hard to see Bama getting 250 yds rushing. If we can't make Bama's D respect the whole field it's gonna be another long night for us.

we couldn't move the ball at all on 1/9 and you ran for 150

that's with a roughly 40 yard TD run from Richardson. Yall dont have a RB like him now. Bama will get nowhere close to 250.

LSU is a completely different team at home. Alabama will struggle to move the ball in that game. Neither team will go over 300 yards of offense, IMO. Or if they do, it won't be by much.

Maybe watching UF offensive woes so much, you are confusing them with the rest of the world.

But you couldn't move the ball on Florida this year and they gashed you on the ground.

LSU made Bama throw to win in the national title game. I think this year they'll respect the pass a little bit more.

Once again, I don't think Bama will rush for 250, however the LSU defense spending too much time on the field would be the only way in my opinion.

Our D is rock solid as long as the offense doesn't go 3 and out every goddamn series and keeps them out there the whole game.

Yeah, but how often does LSU's offense NOT go 3 and out against Bama's defense?

But, no bama won't rush for 250 unless they bust a couple of 80 yard runs.

Bama has a better D and better OL than UF IMO

So does LSU, can't base it off one game..
