The schedule is favorable, pysicality, talent and depth are all excellent - unquestionably the best in the country. The offense is the question - if it gels quickly Alabama could go all the way. If it doesn't Alabama could lose as many as 3. I think they put all the pieces together and win it all - but it's certainly not a done deal. If the offense doesn't jump out of the gate clicking they don't have a chance of winning it all.

Miles wins and he takes the head to head record vs Saban (while at LSU/Alabama).

Talent is unquestionably the best in the country? At what positions? Linebacker, sure. Where else?

I realize it is very hard to do and unlikely, but, Bama probably has as good a chance or better this year than in 2009. The D should be wicked. May not be, but, they should. The O should be able to run the ball and control the clock.
But, possibly the biggest factor in Bama's favor is the schedule. They may not catch Auburn at this disadvantage again for a long time. Florida may surprise, but, the Gators will probably start improving after this year. USCe falls off the schedule. They don't play UGA. UT is still trying to get turned around. And they play their two toughest games (likely) Arkansas and LSU in BDS.
If the O can average close to 30 points a game and the D is as good as advertised, I think they have a good chance.
I predict one loss, though.

I think he meant questionably. We are definitely in the top 3 in talent and depth.
