So much for Chizik running a clean program

Surely nobody thinks that Chizik was going to improve his college win/loss career record above .500 just by running a clean program?

I don't know if it has been mentioned but they said an opposing SEC coach told Bond to come out with that story right now

So what do ya'll think
- This season vacated wins
- loss of 10-20 scholarships
- bowl ban
- restriction on recruiting
- Chiz fired if learned he knew about any of this

Rogers has a checkered past that includes an ongoing investigation by the NFL.

This is the only part of your "facts" that is already being reported as fact.

Your "facts" are plausible, to be sure, but I'm not sure why it matters if Meyer wanted to get the story to the media whereas Mullen didn't. If that's true, it still doesn't mean that the allegations are false.

Though I do think Aubarn fans would be wise to assassinate Kenny Rogers' character. That is, of course, unless the NCAA is able to prove that the Newton family did in fact have a relationship with Rogers and that he was in fact representing them. The whole case hinges on the Newton family's relationship with Rogers. And the NCAA will want to know all they can about Rogers' alleged dealings (by his own admission) with other college athletes, namely transfers who got the boot.

gentlemen, the kid had a sticker price. MSU wouldn't pay it. somebody did. this is only the beginning.

no offense Auburn guys, but this doesn't look good for you......and, it has EVERYTHING to do with Auburn. They paid the tab and your naive if you don't think it happened.

this type of garbage happens all the time......this time the whistle got blown.

and that is exactly what the NCAA will be looking into....in their eyes, Auburn might as well have written a check.
