You really are a clueless moron. The Panthers top 3 wide receivers consist of a rookie undrafted free agent and a guy who has bounced around to probably 3, 4, or 5 different teams during his NFL career because he has never been anything more than a mediocre player at best. The tight end is a pro bowler because he is the only reliable receiver on their team. The 1st round draft pick at receiver is a rookie who is just as likely to drop a pass that hits him in the hands as he is to catch it. In fact, I believe he led the entire NFL in dropped passes late into the regular season and possibly for the entire season. The left tackle on their offensive line is also an undrafted free agent and having a 2nd and 3rd round draft pick hardly compares to a team like the Cowboys investing at least two first round picks and one second round pick in their offensive line just in the last 5 or 6 years

Cam is an average QB this year and has been above average but not elite up until this year. He needs more weapons and a better O-line, but he also needs to work on his basic mechanics. It could be an injury but as they have said over and over again he has regressed this year. Cam has only Cam to blame for that issue.
Shula is also horrible. The offense is predictable and to conservative.
I realize the OP is trolling, but the OP is wrong. Cam is not a terrible NFL QB. The Seahawks made arguably one of the top 5 QB's ever, Peyton, look like a lost puppy last year in the Superbowl. CPC is the best coach in all of football for a lot of reasons.

Cam has good games and terrible games. He's an average QB.
I don't know why Aubies are constantly slobbing on him.

Everyone considers Russel Wilson an elite quarterback, but his passing yards and touchdowns are not much better than Cam. Two or three hundred more passing yards and two more touchdowns passing over the course of the season this year. He has never had over 3500 passing yards during a single season in his entire career. The Seahawks have also invested two first round draft picks and two second round picks in their offensive line over the last 5 or 6 years

@Curtis_Crabtree: Seahawks PR staff says Russell Wilson's 149.2 rating was the fifth-highest all time in the postseason.
The Panthers made the playoffs because of their defense, not Cam.

Probably because of threads like this where people run him into the ground.

the laughable thing is you actually believe they are the worst team in the league and that cam is that good.
He is a thug of major proportions. His act on the field after scoring a touchdown (whether winning or losing by 4 touchdowns) has done a lot to hurt his likability in the NFL. I could see a fist pump, or getting fired up....but to act like superman and carry on the way he does....you may defend him, but I'm sure there are some Auburn fans that are embarrassed by the way he carries on out there on the field at times. Also, he's not that good. I would not want him on my team, based upon qb ability alone and not even considering his antics.

LOL....you are basing how good a qb is based upon comparing td's and yards.........un fricking real how stupid you must be.
Let me guess, you still believe that total yards in college should be used to measure a defense and offense in college football.....lol....

Because you don't like how he celebrates on the field?

The Panthers have won 5 division titles, Cam has won two of them. The Panthers are not a great franchise. He did not go to a team with a lot of weapons and has one of the worse OC in the business. He is certainly not terrible.

Water is wet. For those talking about playbook reduction it is already a dummied down version. Cam is a great athlete, not a very good QB.

That didn't stop LSU declaring its defense the best in the SEC. Good point about your fan base being idiots.

He's great against weak competition...
he should quit doing the superman though..
it's truly embarassing.

Could you give an example of your thug accusation? Is celebrating in a league built on entertainment a kin to thuggish behavior?
As an Auburn fan I wish he didn't wear his emotions on his sleeve but I would wish this for any QB of a team I liked. I am not embarrassed by him and feel like anyone who still lobs the ignorant accusations you lobbed in your post at him are still just trying to get over the way he rustled your jimmie on the way to a 14-0 BCS National Championship and Heisman season.
That was 4 years ago. Let it go. He is an above average NFL QB who makes questionable decisions and goes through stretches of inconsistency. He also has a garbage oline and no real threats at his 3 and 4 slots. He should be better than he is based on his physical tools and this is why we are even having these types of conversations.

This guy's past two posts are the complete and honest truth, but everybody decides to ignore them bc everybody wants to troll about Cam bc he dominated them in 2010, instead of actually accepting the truth and being mature about it. This place is a joke. The only reason I come on here anymore is because it's the easiest place to get news and see the latest speculation, but unfortunately sometimes I see a dumbass thread title and get lured in.

The Panthers defense got them to the playoffs twice. Cam makes great plays at times, but his throwing mechanics suck on many of his throws and he makes terrible decisions at times. But maybe Al Delgreco is right. He still thinks that 4 years into his pro career he is still learning to play the position.
If any auburn fans actually think the guy is a top NFL QB they are just a homer. He has done nothing outside of a decent rookie season to make anyone think he has what it takes to lead a team to the Super Bowl. He has had the benefit of great defenses and a horrible division to get to the playoffs twice. Then he finally gets a playoff win against a team with a third string QB who couldn't hit a wide open receiver 5 yards from him.

Right now he's a slightly above average NFL QB. Is he Aaron Rodgers who is good enough to win a Super Bowl mostly on his own? No. Is he good enough to win a Super Bowl if he were in a system like Seattle. Easily.
