I’m sure Freeze was told up front that Cadillac stays, and was strongly advised that he needs to mentor him.

What is an associate head coach?

Not the OC or DC in this case... So... what is it exactly?

A title and a pay grade.

Assuming he will work closely with Freeze assembling the staff.

They will send Williams in to talk to recruits parents as Hugh sits out in the White Van in the driveway

Freeze sounds like a Russian space race rocket... potential to get you to the moon, but no one is crazy enough to ride it.

You obviously were raised by someone with Downs or have a sibling with the syndrome for you to constantly use a mental handicap/developmental disorder as flame material on the regular like you do.

It must cause you great shame.

And to think you got offended when I referred to Carnell as low IQ.

Even Alabama fans are ashamed of you. I can't imagine how your family feels about you.

You are probably the biggest piece of shite on the Rant and that's saying a lot.

I know it’s an oxymoron as a Bama fan, but while I don’t like Auburn at all, I like Cadillac. I like his passion and that he can get people to play for him. He’s not ready for the head coaching big time in any shape form or fashion, I kind of wish he’d leave the nest and go make his bones somewhere.

Gotta appease the motherfrickers that think a black was passed over for the HC job. Truth is stranger than fiction.

Apparently he’s still going to coach running backs too

Cadillac will be with his 3rd HC since joining the staff at Auburn.

He had 4 OC’s while playing at Auburn. Mazzone, Petrino, Nall(if that counts), Borges.

I get the impression Cadillac is happy as he can be coaching at his alma mater and may not want to go make his bones elsewhere. And I don't see how going to some other school for the same job (running backs coach) would benefit his career. I doubt many if any programs would hire him to be an OC right now.

I don’t disagree with you. He’s probably where he wants to be. My thought process which is probably antiquated in the 21st century was go somewhere on a lower level without as much pressure and spotlight and learn how to be a head coach and run a program. Because I had a source confirm to me that he did let it be known he wasn’t ready to be their head coach.
