Surely he gets at least four. He can't do any worse than Mac.

Sell. It will take him a year or two to get going at Florida, but he will have them on top again if the fan base can be patient a little longer.

Meanwhile, Moorehead will have MSU back in the West cellar in two seasons, and they will be stuck with him.

We were a dumpster fire when we hired him and he took us to 8 straight bowls. Why the anger? Let it go. He did a lot for Msu and some of our fans act like 15 year olds.

They are still 15 years olds!

I like how State fans think the way he left somehow invalidates all the success he had there.

Gators’ recruit decommitment list is rated higher than commit list

The Gators’ class ranks 33rd nationally and 10th in the SEC.

Florida’s current commits (11): 5-stars: 0 | 4-stars: 4 | 3-stars: 7 | Total stars: 37 | Average stars: 3.4

Florida’s decommitments (9): 5-stars: 1 | 4-stars: 5 | 3-stars: 3 | Total stars: 34 | Average stars: 3.8

Florida’s decommitment list would be rated higher as a class than its commitments, despite having two fewer. That’s because the quality of the players Florida has lost is higher than the commitments it has added.

To be exact, UF’s decommitment class would be rated No. 25 nationally.

Mullen will sign and develop a QB. That is half the battle in the SEC. If he can do it at MSU, he can do it anywhere.

Looks like uf has had more trouble at qb than any other sec school since tebow left.

Not sure if you are aware or not, but today is July 19th and signing day is in February.

Yes and it correlates to Mullen leaving to go to MSU. UF is a sleeping giant just because of where they are located. With an average QB and Florida talent surrounding him, they will win 9+ games a year. With an above average QB, look out.

Takes a great recruiter to take advantage of that. So far not so great.

You do not have to be a great recruiter at UF. There is more talent within 150 miles of campus than all but a few schools. Having the State Flagship name doesn't hurt.

Sell - Florida will not have 4 head coaches in 7 years. Striklin ain't firing him unless they fire Striklin. Plus, I think Mullen will do OK there.

Sell. He will average close to 10 wins per season, and they won't be able to fire him.

That's the beauty of the Mullen hire to the rest of the conference....he is going to be just good enough that UF won't be able to get rid of him, but he won't win them any championships. He could win the division from time to time if things line up right, but no championships.

Watch. Mullen will get his QB and the rest of the parts will fall. Offense at UF has been MIA for the last 7 years, that will change this year.
