You're also discounting the rest of the OPs list.
He has the best coaching staff being Alabama, not Tennessee. In that scenario you're not having Hooker run Heupel's offense, but Saban's.

For DB... here are the top passing defenses in the SEC. I'm guessing it should be one of them
A&M - 170 yards per game, 6.00 yards per attempt.
UGA - 177 yards per game, 5.67 yards per attempt.
UK - 186 yards per game, 6.58 yards per attempt
Mizzou - 195 yards per ame, 6.22 yards per attempt
Bama - 201 yards per game, 5.78 yards per attempt
then
SC - 196 yards per game, 6.74 yards per attempt
I really don't think the best DB's are at South Carolina.
A&M - 170 yards per game, 6.00 yards per attempt.
