I wish I knew how to photoshop. I would put Bryce with Methlett in that famous stoned picture with lots of smoke surrounding both of them.

It's not the best pic of Bryce and thus why I selected it.

This seems to be the consensus among Ole Miss fans on here.

They are either trolling hard in this thread or showing a lot of ignorance.

That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. So Mississippi State, which is one of better basketball programs in the SEC over the last decade, hired a guy because he hit a shot to beat Ole Miss 14 years ago?

It can't be the sole reason, but you know it's a huge factor. Exactly what other reason is there? He has one years worth of experience at valpo and he's replacing a guy who led them to what 8-9 tourney trips with multiple SEC tourney titles

There is a simple solution to this: beat State in football. You want Mullen or the billboards to stop, then Freeze will have to do something about it. Acting like fagatron about it on a message board doesn't stop anything.

Bull shite. If we beat state and end up with 5 wins and y'all have 6, y'all will market how y'all won 3 out of the last four and had a better season therefore are the better program. It wont stop until you stop believing that OM is superior. Once that happens you'll act like you do when you beat Memphis.

Bryce Drew wasn't exactly our first choice, a few coaches passed on us. He meets a lot of the characteristics that Scott Stricklin is looking for in a HC. Young, hard working, energetic, discipline oriented, good X's and O's coach.

How exactly do you know all that? He's coached one year. If this past year was AK's first year coaching then everyone would consider him a defensive minded coach, who believes in out hustling and being physical, when we all know that's the opposite of what type of coach he is

the amount of self importance that the worst athletic program in the conference places on itself is nothing short of amazing.

Does anyone know if Billy Cannon is still alive, and if he is, do you think he'd be willing to join the football staff?

I actually already act like this when we beat ya'll. I expect to beat your sorry asses every year, if we win then good I feel we should beat you because we are the better team.

I like how all of a sudden ya'll think you'll beat us just because you have a new coach. You have a dumpster fire of a football team that is gonna take at least a couple years to rebuild before you are on our level of stability and talent.

And I don't want to hear bullshite about how we aren't that far ahead of you because we won 7 games (including bowl). We won 9 the previous year. Just about all of our losses were close, competitive games while ya'll have gotten your asses handed to you the past 2 years and can't even beat the weak OOC teams. You have a lot of work to do up there before you can even think about competing with State.

And 1997 Alabama replaced a national champion winning coach, who's now in the College Football Hall of Fame, with Mike Dubose. Who had been a DC all of one year in his career. shite happens. But I know you have to be trolling hard now.
