I was fortunate enough to played Golf 3 weeks ago with a Head Coach in the ACC... I don't want to say who...

He basically told me.. "I don't know if there are enough watch dogs to catch them (UT), but they are definitely pushing it" (BTW: he also added Bama in that conversation)

Apposing coaching around know the skinny because the same players they are recruiting will sometimes tell them what other schools are saying and doing in the recruiting process.

Don't be so Naive, bro... How does UT get back on the recruiting map, land a top 10 class in 8 weeks? Hard work? Yeah right, as if all schools are not busting it year round. It raises big flags... So any objective SEC fan might be raising an eyebrow or two.. that is all I was saying...

Your fans at UT are convinced that you have the greatest coaching staff ever assembled, and that HS players are jumping on board to be coached by the best blah blah...That makes you homers, not objective SEC fan observers. Your 34 year old HC has zero wins on his resume'. I am not holding that against him, but he has to prove himself worthy first.

Reasonable thinking parents would be cautious about sending their kids there right now. It takes time to rebuild a program the right way..does it not? Lasting success doesn't have shortcuts..a lot of hot air is coming out of Knox

Another friend of mine is a HS coach in Raleigh, and a couple members of the new UT coaching staff have been to his HS to recruit one of his players....he has personally has met O a couple of times, before he was at UT. He thinks O is just in it for the hunt for the big fish, not for the genuine care of his players relative to preparing them for life, work, happiness etc..Treats players like meat


That is his Opinion and experience dealing with O, you can do what you want with it. He dislikes O because he doesn't think he is a quality character type of coach but readily admits he is a great recruiter.

The only people in the world who didn't see this coming were UT fans! Even the UT coachs seem like they new it was coming. Hell a sub-par Miami team past on him. Wow how many players has Miami ever past on?
