Haven't really seen any supplement deals, but the good apparel deals I've seen so far are Legends and Chubbies. RPM also seemed to have decent deal on fitness and workout equipment.
Tier 1) Scheffler and Schauffele
Tier 2) Burns and Homa
Tier 3) Harris English and Tom Kim
Tier 4) Gary Woodland

Submitting just prior to 8:30 am CDT on Thursday, but saw the tee times were delayed so hopefully not an issue.

SECN

If any of yall are in the greater Houston area, it's located near Westpark and Beltway 8. I definitely plan on going back when I get space to build an actual home gym.

Is that in regards to an Academy or CAP warehouse? If you are in Houston, I'd also recommend looking in to Get RX'd for equipment. It's where I got my initial barbell and bumpers from since they were one of few players that had equipment after the pandemic and they offer local pickup to save on shipping. I ordered a few small items from them during Black Friday that I plan on picking up next week.

The only notable BF deal I got was a Fringe Sport tactical plate vest. Was 30% off and got 10% more for local pickup. Many companies (including Fringe) are also doing 12 days of Christmas sales.

The OG BSN pre-made EndoRush bottles were legit.

Used to make my ear lobes feel like they had a pulse

So if I want to take a gummy at night for sleep and anxiety do I just go into a CBD store tell them what I want it for and thats it?

I have only online ordered and stick to CBD MD, Pure Spectrum, and Crescent Canna out of New Orleans (most recently D8 gummies due to BOGO free deal).

I take in moderation on an as-needed basis and find it does help one I do.

I've tried Liquid IV, Drip Drop, Onnit, and NUUN tablets. You can usually catch one of them on sale. I recently purchased Podium Nutrition's electrolytes, but haven't opened the container yet.

I think I like Liquid IV the best, but that might be due to their individual packets being larger.

Looks like that was Hurley that almost got clipped in that vid post-catch
1) Burns and Cantlay
2) Keith Mitchell and Theegala
3) Horschel and Woodland
4) Scott Stallings

Thanks for organizing
Not sure if true or not, but conversated with LSU student at Aggie game yesterday who was sitting in front of us and a friend of few players on team. She mentioned Kaleb Appleby is still on team but didn't travel this weekend.
Reporting back from dish game tonight.

One of fav games umped all time. Was MLB 1st RD pick Sykora on bump vs guy named Ridge Morgan (who learned after game is UT commit not sure what class) on bump for opposing team.

Got told by guy in chapter first 3 rows were side to side scouts that cleared out after Sykora left game after pitching first 4. He's hit 104 and FB was prob living lower 100s. Catcher for opposing team had brother who was walk-on FB player at LSU. Fun stuff. Thanks for keeping us current ProjectP

Edited to change lower 90s to lower 100s. Prob saw 103-104 tonight if had to guess.

I don’t know about the guys sitting 95-100. TBH, I haven’t really looked at their repertoires. But it’s heavy LHP so outside of Johnson, probably not.

Not LSU recruiting related, but have dish tomorrow for local HS with guy that was "rumored" to hit 105 MPH as a JR that LSU recruited (he won't step foot on college campus). Have umped countless D1 and MiLB pitchers and some MLB pitchers including HS low 90s behind dish last Friday and mid 90s few Saturdays ago with pro scouts present, but have never seen over 100. Not sure if hoping I do or do not want to see that tomorrow.

Also, do not ever remember guy going from Blinn to LSU. That is A$M pipeline.

re: Bumper Plates in BR

Will preface this by saying understand "in BR", but Fringe Sport has great deal on one-time used mil-spec bumpers from The Fittest Experience if willing to drive to Austin to stock up.

So he's teammates with Derrick Mitchell and former teammates with MJ Seo. He's a 2024.

I live in Round Rock, but was unfortunately only able to go to Sunday game vs SHSU in RR Classic since umped 6 HS tourney games from that Th - Sat (game I had behind dish that Sat had two pro scouts looking at a lefty throwing mid 90s - one from SF Giants and never found out other one). I started going to games there in 2016 and the gf and I have had the "Fireworks Plan", a mini season ticket plan, to Express games since 2019, so very familiar with ballpark. We sat in section 122 for game and thought I recognized young man sitting 2 rows behind us with his fam whom was also decked out in LSU baseball gear and looked "official", but wasn't 100% sure. Now that I've revisited this board, it was 100% D Mitchell.

He got picked to do a bw inning pushup comp vs a SHSU fan. The SHSU fan did pushups that looked somewhere bw a stationary worm and seizure and ended up winning on count (I'm a former CrossFit comp judge so I would know that majority were no-reps). When he got back to seat I told him "You are the true pushup champ this day" and he and his fam laughed. Seemed like very respectable young man. Looking forward to his arrival to campus.

Forgot Monday was Presidents' Day and I'm off, but agreed to play Mo Willy with a coworker and now I'm a "planner" for a Mardi Gras party at work on Tuesday given south Louisiana ties.

Anxiously anticipating your review on Lighthouse since I've never played. Would def be down to join you in future if / when return.

re: CrossFit Open ‘23

Posted by mmill32 on 2/18/23 at 3:37 pm
In ninth year of doing CrossFit and have seen females in all shapes and sizes between the four gyms I've been a member at and countless drop-ins with my work travel, so going to stick with thread topic.

I'm indifferent about 23.1. Open is always tough for me since I've been umpiring HS baseball since I started the sport in 2014. Had two games last night and 12 innings of a varsity scrimmage today. With that said, haven't been able to do 23.1 yet. I've done the workout several times in past and usually start resorting to singles between 30-35 t2b pending fitness level at time. My realistic goal if / when I do it is Rx and get through all cleans with maybe 1 or 2 RMU.

I didn't sign up for Open this year due to baseball (6 tourney games from Th - Sat next week), but hoping to re-test 23.1. I've also planned my leave on Friday so I can do both baseball and Open workout.

Will add that it being workout #1 is underwhelming. Do creative workout to intro, then maybe introduce a previous one.

I have a ton of leave and would be down to join, but not sure I can swing it MG week since I'm taking off the 23rd and 24th to work a big HS baseball tournament.

I've always wanted to play Lighthouse CC. Will make it happen eventually.
