No, I’m telling you that first off we don’t know if or when he read the text.

Secondly, he knows Darius Miles better than we do! He may have thought, “what’s that goofy bastard talking about “ or “that stupid frick isn’t going to shoot anyone”.

Or maybe he thought, “damn, So dude is threatening to shoot Darius, holy shite”.

Apparently whatever he was thinking satisfied the investigation team and the DA. I’m sorry it doesn’t satisfy you and the mob!

Maybe Miller can't read? I remember when Tulane's John Williams was charged with point shaving in 1985 and was handed a card to read aloud his Miranda rights, he admitted he could not do so.

Perhaps Miller is functionally illiterate and couldn't read or understand the text and that's why he brought the loaded gun down to the bar. This would explain a lot.

That guy was arrested for felony possession of a firearm with the serial removed along with drugs. What was it Miller got arrested for and charged with?

Serious question. What on Earth would even someone with an IQ of 70 ,which I"m starting to think is Miller, would think if someone texted him in the middle of the night with gibberish wanting his gun back and for him to return outside of a bar? ...

In what sick environment is this ever a good idea?

Oh yeah, bama.

"Tyler Smith and Three Other Tennessee Basketball Players Arrested"

Darius Miles was arrested and immediately thrown off the team, as would anyone else who was, you know, arrested.

Again, "Tyler Smith and Three Other Tennessee Basketball Players Arrested"

He held them to a standard of not being arrested for a crime, the same standard Miles was held to for being arrested for a crime. This just isn't hard to understand unless you just don't want to.

Again, he was explicitly involved in the crime......whether he has been charged or not. He delivered the murder weapon "unknowingly".......you seriously can't believe that shite?

ETA but this is coming from a bunch that defended a football player hitting a female fan in the face........so what do you expect?

I seriously believe he wasn't charged, arrested or accused of anything by the police if that's the shite you're referring to.

No, it takes dumbass thugs, which EVERY University that plays bigtime college football and basketball has on their rosters. Some go on and manifest it after they reach the Pros. Ray Lewis, Aaron Hernadez for starters would like a word.

Didn't Coach Oats tell us when this first transpired that he contacted Mr. Lewis for counsel in how to help handle this?

I guess Miller is Nostradamus… “he knew a woman who gonna get killed” that thug bastard!

Is this what you're going with? You've had a month and a half to construct a plausible defense for this man in the court of public opinion.
