He honestly looks like Devin White at QB. Imagine being a white boy defense in the big 10 and seeing Milroe get ready for warm ups next week

Not calling you a liar....but who were they? More out of curiosity, because from what I understand, the surgery is fairly new.

I have to say what waddle did to get back from his foot injury and play on a gimp ankle against OSU was pretty crazy.

It was, but didn't he only play 4 or 5 plays?

I know what you're trying to say but White has about 20 pounds on Milroe.

Nah..I'll give him a pass. If he were 100% then I'd agree but dude gave it the old college try when it absolutely counted in ATL. Now get healthy and start thinking about just how many things a signing bonus will buy

Plus Jalen Hurts, Jonah Williams. Ross Pierschbacher, and Cam Robinson (Cam in 2014).

Bowers is ridiculous. To the people watching the Auburn - Georgia game with me, I said, “all we have to do is double team Bowers and not let him catch the ball”. Auburn couldn’t do it. He made some wild catches that game too.

Yeah, no.

As much as I hate players opting out, this is one of the few that make sense. You tip you cap to this guy for a job well done if you are a Georgia fan and wish him well on the next level. If he hadn't had any injuries this season I would feel the same about it.

That's fine, but I didn't take issue with other players having the surgery. The comment i took issue with was they all came back sooner than Brock Bowers.

ETA
FTR, Brock Bowers had surgery on October 16th and played against Ole miss on Nov. 11th. 26 days.

No he played more than that, but it's the whole point that he wanted to play and risk hurting his draft stock that made it uplifting to me. He cared more about the team than money.

Don't get me wrong. It was very impressive. I wasn't trying to belittle Waddle at all. You could tell he was hurting out there. I just don't remember him being out on the field a whole lot. I didn't think he should have been on the field personally. He showed a lot of courage being out there.

Per the article that I linked, both Jalen Hurts and Tua came back within the same time frame as Bowers (both came back within less than 4 weeks). Also per the same linked article, Cam Robinson came back and played well against LSU less than 14 days after having the surgery.

And probably should not have played. I totally get him opting out of the bowl as he should. He already played several games hurt for them.

Because his injury wasn't even close to AP. I guess you will tell me next you had outpatient open heart surgery yesterday?

You are talking about Peterson's collar bone fracture.

What people don't remember is that he had a high ankle sprain in the first game of 2005 in a loss to TCU. He came back the next week and ran for 220 yards against Tulsa and hurt it again. They didn't have tightrope surgery then. He played very little for the next four or five weeks. Against Nebraska the next week he felt well and tore them up. Had a pretty good last few games.

Tightrope has really helped with that injury.

The tiem frame would have been 1-26 days.

Tagovailoa suffered his sprain on Dec. 1, and then Tagovailoa returned less than a month later to lead the Tide to a win over Oklahoma in the CFP semifinal on Dec. 29.

It never says how long it took Hurts...only that he was back in less than a month. 28 days is less than a month as is 29, 27 and neither would fall into the Bowers time frame.

I am not the one that set the parameters, y'all (Alabama fans) did. Stay within them. The Olineman, did play in 14 days, but I would think his sprain was much less severe.....just a guess, though.
