Lowery's a douchebag.
People who went to school with him say he was always starting fights on the weekend.
The staff at the bar said he attacked JJ in the bar.
All that said, JJ shouldn't have kicked him while he was down.

IF it happened, yeah, he shouldn't have. But the video doesn't show a person in white kicking him and JJ is INNOCENT until proven otherwise.

So the teabagger was from Pheonix City, Alabama? Well isn't that ironic?
When I was in the military, Phoenix City was the only city in the continental U.S. that was off limits for U.S. Army personnel. It was nothing but whotes, titty bars, and scam artists ripping off soldiers. The cops there tried to arrest solders all the time to generate revenue. During my time at Ft. Benning the gate on that side of posted was blocked and you couldn't even exit into Alabama.
It just seems appropriate that the spawn of people who rip off soldiers would turn into the teabagger.

I'm not looking back in this thread but it's comedy that Lowery's name has popped up.
He is the exact kind of guy that the Teabagger is although more "physical". I thought of him immediately when I saw that douche assaulting the passed out guy.
If only the passed out guy was a marine reserve....then we'd have a real incident.

Thats what I was thinking. Phoenix City was a hotbed of prostitution, beer halls, and other vice...all ran by organized crime. The assassination of newly elected by unsworn Attorney General Albert Patterson changed that though...but that was in 1954.
I'm guessing he's extremely old, or he just saw the movie and decided to chime in.

Well, I'm not a guy and I don't shave my face so never thought about that. Maybe he wanted to present a clean cut look to the Court.

Nope up until the the late 1980's from my experience- Phoenix City was off limits when my dad went to OBC and Jump School in 1959 and it was still off limits 20+ years later when I got there for jump school in the early 1980's.
