He better start focusing on getting his team to win the first game of the season. Also, he better find a way to get LSU to the playoff within the next 3 years.

Why not Paris? LOUISiana has a deep French Connection. Right, BATON ROUGE?

Well, I think he is Irish and enjoyed the experience.

Why would an Irish Catholic named Kelly want to visit Ireland and expand LSU's brand in the process? I wonder what recruits might think about the possibility of playing overseas? This shite isn't rocket science folks.

Playing a game in Ireland would mean that LSU would be one of the 1st “brands” to expand outside of the USA…

But there are very few college football recruits overseas. There's no point.
It's a good point, but there is a lot of publicity to playing in a foreign country and a recruit would probably like the idea of going to a school and playing in another country. I mean, I see the draw.
For instance....if you are a high school 5* recruit and you are trying to choose between LSU, Alabama or Georgia...and you knew LSU was going to Ireland to play, that might give LSU a bit of an advantage. It would intrigue me if I were recruit.

Did you give him a tip?

This. My uncle is from Northern Ireland and moved to NOLA in the 60s and of course he has been a big LSU fan since but he always talks about how popular American football is in Belfast and Dublin. It would be cool to see us play there but personally I would rather us just play in Death Valley or an opposing team’s campus.

Is this really something you needed post? Do you think anyone here really care s if BK wants to play a game in Ireland? Is this truly news worthy to you? If so, you need to take a break from this board
The sad thing is he tried this same topic a month ago.

The guy was ex british military and said he loved traveling to the US to shoot guns because he's not allowed to there. Who couldn't love that guy even though he's a tide fan.

Your manufactured outrage concerning our program is noted. We thank you for your interest. Please continue to hold for the next available fan who gives a fly’s frick!

Tell Kelly thats a very stupid idea. I know he wants to be viewed as elite but he reminds me of the goofy kid always trying too hard to be cool.

Yeah I'm not a fan of these neutral site games. I get why they do it ($$$) but there's nothing like a big time college game on campus.
