Leach won at two schools that are not an easy place to recruit and win. Saban is the greatest football coach in my lifetime and he hasn't accomplished anything like that. I'm not suggesting Leach is as good or better than Saban but I am suggesting winning a natty isn't the only way a coach can be considered great.
Mark Few is in any conversation about great coaches and he hasn't won a natty, But in Fews case, He has taken a very small private school to an annual top ten team which is close to or much better than the accomplishments of any active basketball coach.
