Also this is probably like #4 on my bowl scenario hot board. Would much rather get a Florida bowl or go to the Liberty in Memphis.

At least the line beards should be an automatic W. Can’t really complain about finishing 8-5 after the disaster that was September

The Gator should be getting skipped for the Liberty by the SEC since we don’t have enough teams to fill our contracts. That would be more money right?

Apparently the Gator Bowl powers that be are dying for a Kentucky/Indiana matchup. I believe they got their sports mixed up imho

Will not happen. Not only are they below Oklahoma State, Kansas State and Iowa State in the pecking order, but their administration doesn't want a loss to A&M right after they just fired or demoted all of their coordinators.

As terrible as Kellen Mond is, he will put up Joe Burrow numbers against that pass defense.

ACC doesn’t have a slot in the Citrus, unless a Big 10 team goes to the Orange. Florida is going so that ain’t happening. Citrus gets a Big 10 team.

I think I remember hearing that the Gator Bowl committee head is either a UK graduate or some big UK fan. So of course because of that they like trying to get UK and since it's not a NY6 bowl they can pretty much pick whoever they want.

Havent heard about this.
I know they picked us for our first bowl game with Stoops because they felt we were a starved fan base and would travel for the game.

How is Kentucky in the Gator Bowl over Tennessee?

I heard Louisville is going to the Music City and they don't want a rematch with Kentucky.

Why would you rather play in that shitbox stadium in Orange Mound? Interesting take.
