Remember when The Razorbacks with B MF Petrino beat TAMU 3 years in a row? Remember that 2009 win where it was 47 to 19. I do not know if we will beat TAMU this year, to much is up in the air but historically speaking Arkansas owns TAMU.

It is what it is.

Ah, it says nothing about winning said games though. List is irrelevant. He's not in the Big-10 anymore.

I apologize nobody in the SEC outside of Arkansas is excited about BB. The same can't be said about Malzahn though, since he's already in BB's head.

But he did what he did against the big boys of the B10 at a school that's hard to recruit at. Can he duplicate here at Arkansas. Time will tell but he has a track record that says he might.

Getting to a BCS bowl game doesn't really mean anything unless you win it. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Ah, I'm just fricking with y'all mostly. I think he'll do pretty well. It will take some time though. At least 2 years, probably 3. He's gotta get his horses in there.

Yep...I'll be happy with a bowl game this year and see how those young men play this year.

Petrino can survive with less than stellar talent in most factions of the team. A solid QB, a few big athletic WR, and a line capable of forming a quick pocket.

Now a ground and pound attack like BB? He pretty much has to revamp the team. He'll probably get it done with some time.

I have the same exact expectations for AU .. Not asking for too much. Anything other than a Bham or Shreveport bowl would be nice.

Who is Bret Beilema? Not trying to flame I've just honestly never heard who this is.

Since he's on that list I'll assume he left a shitty conference and is about to get curbstomped in the SEC.

South Carolina doesn't throw it 50 times a game and they've been fine. It doesn't matter what style of offense you run as long as you do it well. Stanford is one of the most physical teams in the country and they don't get the talent that LSU and alabama get. If BB can keep getting guys like Joe Thomas and JJ Watt im sure the fanbase will love him

Now as far as recruiting for the same system? I can see that argument...but we've gotten a lot of good OL since he's been here too, and a 5* RB

I hate to be "that guy", but no Nick Saban in the top five on a list like this when a guy like Frank Beamer is on the list is kind of a complete joke.

Nice sail, though.

What you're saying is if I wanted my team to go to a BCS bowl, I'd be better off with Bert Bielma over Nick Saban?
Can you imagine 2Beez at Bama? Jesus. He's taking recruits away from Ohio State in his first year at Arkansas without putting a team on the field. What do you think he'd get at Bama?

You do realize that the data used to produce this flawed statistic is based on Brett's having inherited an already-winning Wisky program that went to lots of Rose Bowls thanks to an easy schedule in the Big 10, right?

The man hasn't coached anywhere else, much less had to turn around a program in disarray. He's also never coached in the SEC. He's already being laughed at nationwide for crying about spread offenses in his first media days. Guy's not suited for this job and is going to walk the plank after 4 years. Him leaving Wisky for Arkansas would be like if RC had left A&M for some random PAC 10 school - the guy was gift-wrapped a program in a region he understood and he threw it away... dumb.

Then you must realize how badly it will suck losing to him.
