It also should be noted that it is believed that said person has lawyered up.

First since Jeff Lee did not mention names, why would this guy lawyer UP? How do we know this is the guy? ANSWER: ????????

Small town. I'm sure someone told him Lee has been snooping around in the area and he was smart enough to connect the dots on who he was talking about.

I'm not saying this guy did anything wrong, but I wish guys like this would just stay the frick away from our program. You think Nick Saban needs help recruiting dickhead? Really?

+1

Irritating as hell, IMO. If a man can't make his mortgage payment, then he needs to get another freaking job.

I agree with you on difficulty of winning that type of lawsuit. However, I would imagine "pain threshold" of the parties would be tested. How much pain (ie expense) is Lee willing to put up with?

doubt it gets to that point. I bet Lee's marching orders are changed soon & both sides go back to a "blind eye" approach

Lawsuits bring discovery, that is why you never see questionable people file them. I think the guy needs to sit back and let this pass.

This isn't the first time his name has popped up on an Auburn message board. It was said a few weeks ago by a mod on AE that he is now involving himself in the recruitment of Beniquez Brown the LB/RB/S out of Florence.

Is he an "agent" of some sorts? You know, the kind men that are out there just trying to help the high profile HS players find their way, and help guide them to the best place they can possibly go. For no money of course, they just do it out of the goodness of their hearts. They can provide transportation to and from various campuses and even talk to the coaching staff if necessary. Because all they want is the vey best for these young impressionable players...

I don't know anything about him myself. Seems like he works in the PetroChem industry so I doubt he is any type of agent. If what is being suggested by J Lee is true then it would seem to me he is just a misguided individual trying to involve himself in places and with people that the Bama AD would prefer he not.

If that is the case, then this may actually have some legs.... Friends with one big time recruit is one thing, friends with two big time recruits is a pattern... Wonder who he was friends with last year?

I don't understand the twitter since I haven't seen a name from Lee other than Calloway and Peaches. Am I missing something?
