It’s illegal to possess a gun on a college campus, Numbnuts.

Perhaps that's why Miller didn't hesitate to give it back to Miles so that it wasn't in his car.

Now that you're done shitposting, you'll have time to actually go read the article you over which you've been arguing.

However, just innocently retuning property at 2am and then ending up with bullets in your vehicle isn’t passing the sniff test.

This is my inclination. I’m not saying he participated in a murder, but it’s hard for me to think he was returning a gun the same way someone used to ask for a CD.

All I know is the average Jane and Joe Gump would've been charged in this situation.
This is just silly.

An Alabama player WAS charged in this situation.

1 of 2? The one Bama is paying to play ball is still the poster child of Bama ball.

It isn’t rational to think the police and DA are protecting an Alabama player in this insane crime while they also arrested another one for capital murder.

It isn’t rational to believe that a 20 year old gets a call to bring a pistol to a club, assists in trapping a victim, hands the pistol off and watches the victim get shot, but somehow has zero culpability. Oh and somehow it’s also self defense to shoot an innocent person.

That’s somehow rational?

Is this just a hypothetical, or is this your recitation of the actual events?

You are still acting like Miles and future top 3 pick is apples to apples.

Text to Miller from Miles: "I need a joint (gun) a n***** rl jus got a fakin."

What man wouldn’t bring their friend his gun in this situation

Exactly. Either Miller is dense or amoral to bring a gun into that dispute. It's akin to throwing a load of gasoline on a house fire and then claiming you had no idea it would quickly consume the house.

That guy needs a lesson, not lame excuses from his coach about "wrong place, wrong time." No, coach. Miller chose to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. He needs to booted off the team, charges or no charges.

Most likely all of it considering the DA can’t even charge Miller in this wildly public murder with video, audio, and texts.

What if Miller was thinking, “Aw shite, your fricking gun is in my car?! Christ, dude. Yes I’m bringing it to you now you idiot.”
