1st of all this isn't my official stance on this shite. I just dislike people talking shite that they don't know about.
So as a defense lawyer I just would have objected to your multiple statements as misleading and the judge would have sustained. I don't have to Google anything to show that.
Beyond all that if Miller was charged with accessory by the time it made it to a trial it would have been reduced to something like a misdemeanor which he then would plead youthful offender. And based on his criminal history it would have been granted.

You really think this is self defense? The murderers had ample time and opportunity to walk away from the situation. If anything, asking for the gun points to first degree murder charge.

This was VERY VERY far from self defense, it was pre-meditated murder.
Brandon Miller should have known without any reasonable doubt that dude intended to use that weapon and he accommodated him by delivering it, loaded, and using his car to impede the victim.
