If you loaned me a rifle and I texted you at 1:38 AM that some n-words were "faking" and asked you to bring my pistol and heard there was one in the chamber, would you still bring it to me or would you be like "do I need to call the cops for help"?
I’d tell you to call the cops and that I’m not getting anywhere near that shite.

So is the entire thread opposing fans saying Miller should rot and Alabama fans saying uhh, he’s not even being charged…?

That has also been fluid as more information comes out. Pretty entertaining past couple of hours

Yeah this goes back to what I was trying to say about it being at minimum irresponsible, and I think that text confirmed it.

If your buddy feels threatened at 130AM, tell him to gtfo or call the cops. You don’t agree to bring him his weapon while he waits for you to get there.

It takes a fraction of a second to chamber a round in a pistol. Anyone who carries a semi-auto pistol with a round chambered is asking for an accidental discharge

Uh what? Cops carry condition 1.

Only a person who doesn't understand basic gun ownership will have an "accidental" round fired. Dude... someone will kill you before you can rack a round

And then opposing fans calling Alabama fans pieces of shite for not wanting Miller to be jailed for something the police have no interest in pursuing?

Miller was planning this for years according to the barn rats and corndogs in this thread.

Getting off topic but this is a bad take.

I love how the bama faithful are defending a guy who gave a gun to those two lunatics to murder some young girl.

Pretzel much?
Dont forget Miller used his Charger to block them in!

Cops aren't joe blow either. Most folks carrying guns aren't wearing buttoned up holsters like police officers. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess these basketball players weren't trained and responsible gun owners, which is pretty evident here by basically everything they did that night

Same. You couldn’t pay me enough to go deliver that shite.

But most importantly, dumbass Brandon Miller has no reason to be suspended from the basketball team.

And again according to the Tuscaloosa DA they will not be charging Miller. And what would you like him charged with?
False imprisonment.

The only situation I would consider it is if I got a text that said "hey man, I left my shotgun at your place and am leaving at 4 in the morning to go hunting. Would it be possible for me to meet you to get it?"

I don't know anyone who doesn't carry condition 1. Tucking it into your waistband is irresponsible, carrying condition 1 with a holster that covers the trigger is normal.

Ummm...he can easily and reasonably charged with accessory to murder. Whether it would stick is a different story, but that is what he should be initially charged with.

Correct. And if Miller wasn’t a basketball superstar, he would be charged and prosecuted and the DA would let his defense attorney make the case he didn’t know and the evidence is lacking.
