I would assume that is the case.

Thankfully Miller didn’t murder anyone.

Do we know what information Miller knew when he said, “yes, I will bring you your gun?”

If the police already knew it means Miller cooperated.
Alabama doesn’t require any kind of permit if you’re over the age of 18 to possess a firearm. That law was passed in March of 2022 and went into effect January of this year.
As this occurred on January 15th there are only two ways that Miller could be accountable considering he was gone long before any shooting occurred:

1. If he had lied to police about the gun belonging to him
2. If he had given the gun to his friend if he had know his intent

If I loan you a rifle with the presumption you will go hunting and instead you shoot someone I don’t have culpability in the murder.

Lots of amateur lawyers in here with no understanding of Alabama law.

Second thoughts being it's just bad to be at the scene of a murder you more or less facilitated. Also, how does this fit in with texts between Miles/Davis about the gun being there and loaded - agree with SOG we need a timeline.

Yea you are at least partially responsible for a gun left in your possession. Also, it’s not like anyone should be terribly surprised that someone got shot after your buddy sent you a text at 1am saying, “I was threatened, I need my gun.”

All of this is coming from a bond hearing happening right now. What we know is fluid

And blocking the victim's Jeep in?

That didn't happen here, so it's really irrelevant.

This comparison is hilarious after seeing the text above

If Miles texted Miller at 1:38 AM, then roughly 7 minutes elapsed before the victims met up with the cop at the Walk of Champions. Miller couldn't have been very far away when Miles texted him.

The gun didn't belong to Miller.. It was Miles gun. Miller didn't loan it to him

If you loaned me a rifle and I texted you at 1:38 AM that some n-words were "faking" and asked you to bring my pistol and heard there was one in the chamber, would you still bring it to me or would you be like "do I need to call the cops for help"?

I've been around guns my entire life, own plenty myself, but can't recall ever being involved in a conversation to return a gun in the early hours of the morning on the weekend

That's not what the cops are quoted as saying.

Gotcha, thanks.

So is the entire thread opposing fans saying Miller should rot and Alabama fans saying uhh, he’s not even being charged…?

And then opposing fans calling Alabama fans pieces of shite for not wanting Miller to be jailed for something the police have no interest in pursuing?

It takes a fraction of a second to chamber a round in a pistol. Anyone who carries a semi-auto pistol with a round chambered is asking for an accidental discharge
