Both are starters on defense. It may not mean much against Mahomes but it’s worth noting

SEC Teams not listed:
- A1abana (among others)

That is odd given Alabama has the most players on NFL rosters

Maybe it's just me, but I would think any real college football fan would rather see their program get hardware than be able to boast about what their players are doing in the NFL.

I'm probably just the oddball, though...

Thanks for letting us know, Ragin Cajun fan. God knows hardware is a foreign concept to a LSU fan. Did ULL receive any type of hardware for having a better football team than LSU for the first time in your lifetime?

Nice deflection. Everyone knows the Cajuns don't have a NC. So what?

Just seems like a weird dig to try to make at a program that is clearly at the top of the college football world at this time. Personally, I'd rather see LSU beat them on the field than in number of players in an NFL game...but hey, you do you.

Big Brain Ted ftw!

- There aren’t any A1abana players in the SB
- There were LSU players in the natty
- So it evens out

But how do you explain all of that talent not having success in college? So you tell your recruits that you will prob be mediocre while in college, but you just might be lucky enough to be drafted to a team that plays in the super bowl? Great pitch.

Hey for what it is worth. O.J. Howard is on the injured/reserve list for the Buccs. Dieter is on practice squad for the Chiefs....Still counts in my book...
You’re aware that guys on the practice squad and IR aren’t on gonna play in the Super Bowl huh?

So...is your point that Bama overachieves, or that LSU underachieves?

Interesting, but can anyone tell me how many LSU players played in the game that truly matters, the National Championship game?

Hint: It is the same number that will play next year. And the year after that. And year after that...and so on.

the National Championship game?

The real one (with two 14 win teams) or the joke one with a 12 win team and a 7 win team?

Why would I possibly be envious of a worthless 5-5 program? LSU fans love to delude themselves into thinking that 2019 is the only year that matters, but everyone else on the planet has long since moved on. I guess it is only natural for you, since it is your only season in the last 9 with less than 3 losses. LSU is a consistently under-achieving and mediocre program, with guys on the team that don't care about playing, and others that can't wait to "opt-out" for greener pastures.

No one cares about 2019 any longer, skippy. Savor your one 5 point win in the last ten meetings, because that is all you're going to get for quite a long time. Your program is trash, and even that is better than you deserve.
