First off, there is video evidence that the Davis fired first. Now lets dig deep into Davis's accounting that night.
Bradley testified Davis went back to “look for the Jeep” and that Davis was “worried about the Jeep.”
Bama fans are so worried about their self defense rights claims even though Davis was the antagonist and the aggressor all along. Hiding behind the building just so you can come from behind jeep to start shooting into the jeep is not self-defense.
Justice prevailed for Jamea. Because Miles and Bradley tried to pull Davis from jeep to get him to move on I'd be fine to hear they were acquitted.
quote:
Davis said a couple words were said. Johnson testified earlier in the week that Davis said his name is Buzz and he “whacks people” but Davis testified he did not say that.
Davis did say, however, he called Johnson out to have a fight. “A fist-fight,” Davis testified. “A regular fight.”
quote:
Bradley and Miles had to pull Davis away from the Jeep, per Bradley‘s testimony earlier in the week. Then they walked to Bradley‘s two-door Dodge Challenger. Miles got in the car with Bradley, but Davis did not.
Bradley testified Davis went back to “look for the Jeep” and that Davis was “worried about the Jeep.”
quote:
After Davis got the gun shortly after from Miles, Davis went back behind a building.
“I had to go hide before (Johnson) could do anything to me,” Davis testified.
Davis can be seen on video running up from behind the Jeep on Grace Street to the driver’s side window. Davis testified the window was already down when he got there.

Sadly, neither will Herman Hall, the man who died in the Kyren Lacy hit and run.
There aren’t many if any SEC schools that don’t have plenty of dirty laundry and a list of victims.

To be fair, the coward Kyren Lacy won't be able to participate in any future threads because he blew his own head off after running from the police.

As a life long Bama fan....other than the few months i was a tennessee fan as a kid...(born in knoxville)
I will not get in the middle of thugs being thugs. Too damn bad some were born with great ball skills.
Baybey momas bayby daddies killing over disrespect?
I's so senseless. The only reason I know any good Bama fan is against most of this shite is they are blind to the culture of some of the best athletes taking on-line classes in sociology or some shite.
I worked hard for little to nothing compared to what a talented thug can get right out of HS.
So fuk it, if i dont care if they all go to prison. Some will get their day to look at the jury. But I'd bet most on that jury will never and never had the "PRIVILIDGE" of athletic ability to be a millionare at 19.
I wish they made each kids "Dad" talk under oath, and if they gave a damn before it was obvious the KID - Young adult - was gonna make big money.
- I lived in Orleans East - 1981. It's a bit different now. So is some parts of Birmingham I live too close to.
-------sorry for the rant------

Exercising your second amendment right is what 99% do responsibility. The other 1% are Miller and every other POS who decide to escalate situations without reasons and end up on the front page of the paper. GTFO with that argument.

No one is defending Davis. To charge Miller the prosecution would have to prove that 1) Miller knew the gun was intended for Davis to use, and 2) that Miller knew Davis intended to unlawfully murder someone with it.

Its called murder.
Davis got sentenced to life in prison without parole.
What were you expecting? Did you think they would dismantle the University of Alabama because a gang member from Baltimore shot and killed the drug dealing girlfriend of a Birmingham gang member when they had a gun fight?

It is a shame you are actually a LSU fan who runs this Jerry Springer abortion.
As broken as the inner city gangbangers are, they aren’t broken as badly as you are.
