Deion at Auburn they might as well just hire a camera crew and make it a reality show.

I hope it’s Kiffin just for the drama it would create.

Has the Barn resurrected Harsin rumors?

Will an “investigation” soon ensue?

He says this as he sits at the bottom of the steps looking up…….you guys suck, your team sucks, your incestual dysfunctional athletic department sucks and your fan base/boosters all think it’s over a decade ago.
Yet it still more relevant than OM will ever be.

It would be good for recruiting. Saban tried it with the lame arse Barbershop show.

You overstate Auburn’s desirability as a coaching destination.

Only Texas ranks higher on the administrative dysfunction scale.

No more coordinator to HC offers

No more? When have we ever?

You're whole post demonstrates why our coaching searches fail. Too much of the fanbases cries about how any candidate we could realistically hire that shows any real potential are never qualified enough, never have the experience or resume to make you happy. The only names on that will make y'all happy are either out of our league, or are only available for us do to some major character flaw that's made them untouchable by anyone with self respect

Somebody like Sam Pittman would've never even gotten an interview at Auburn bc fans like you would've thrown a hissy fit at his name even being mentioned as a possibility with his lack of prior experience

None of the other 3 are going to leave what they already have to be in the same state as Saban

Saban is old and on the decline. Nobody is scared of him anymore, especially a young coach like Aranda

Aside from the firings of late, Auburn is an easy school to recruit and in the west top 3 yearly (a side from the mess Saban has caused in the SEC buying players). Now everyone can openly buy and it will balance back out.

And he showed last night why he won't make it long term too.

We got where we are by just gambling on no names and inexperienced. We can just keep repeating if you like. Life long coordinators that have always dominated is one thing but one that goes jekyll and Hyde is worth a look ever.

Gus was worth a gamble but we lost on that one. Harsin hadn't proven he could win without losing to sorry teams like Army.

Now coordinators are flipped to coaches so fast they don't have time to get any real experience past just a position coach. Give me a constant long term DC that always has a good Defense then we can talk.

Kirby is going to UGA hurts Auburn more than it does Alabama, Auburn used to get some big players out of Georgia, now they’ll get Kirby’s and Saban’s culls.

Can't see Aranda, Kiffin, or Stoops leaving their current jobs for Auburn.
Auburn probably has deeper pockets than Baylor. I think you're right on the other two though.

Sanders with Auburn's recruiting resources is a scary thought to me. ?

Probably wouldn't be much different than when Bama hired Avery Johnson to coach their Basketball team

AU rarely got Top 10 players out of GA, but they got their share of good players who developed into great players. Gus got the names and could develop them and Harsin just does get them. With 25 as a limit, there are plenty of players to go around, just in GA.
