The fools gold I said about Kelly, besides the obvious pun coming from Notre Dame, was about LSU fans thinking they were about to dominate the West because they won it in his first year. He’a obviously a solid coach, and will always win 8+ wins a years, but I just dont believe he is Saban/Smart level of dominant and LSU fans were convinced that he was after year one.
I dont know if DeBoer is or not. It’s up to him to prove from here forward. But he was a damn great hire by Byrne, and Bama fans are extremely happy.

I expect yall to try your best to ignore all of the ignorant shite youve said here today, just like you tried to ignore all comments you ever made about how Saban wouldnt stay in Tuscaloosa more than 4 years, or how his dynasty was dead every other year. You’ll just continue to throw crap against the wall, hoping that Bama’s reign atop the SEC is over, but crying into your pillows at night knowing it will never end.

No matter who bama hired it was a downgrade. When Saban walked into a living room for years, he closes. Not the case now. Lost the closer. Good luck!

Go look at Washington’s defense this past year. Tell me he’s a home run. He won in a weaker conference. His pass d was in the 100s.
