LSU puts equally as good or better WRs in the league. That’s not really debatable.

Dumb thread. Heresay doesn't
Equate to actuality. I don't give a frick if he transfers or not. We'll still win games.

LSU WRs have elite QBs to work with right now.

Ummm, when did Cousins become elite?

And Joe B has no O-Line.

LSU has two wide receivers, at a minimum, better than any Alabama wide receiver in the NFL right now

The Palmer news doesn't move the needle.

Never really produced and had drop problems.

He was passed up by 3 freshman this year already.

I don’t mean to be rude

But there is a certain amount of scumminest in this post.

With all the cheating going on at bama

It’s like Joe Brandon running around claiming he got 83 million votes

It is beyond me how bama fans can celebrate winning

While cheating so much

I’ll never understand the actual satisfaction you get from that.

But that’s just me.

Considering NIL is only one page long I’m not sure anything is considered cheating right now

With all the people leaving, will LSU have enough players to field a team next year?

You know it. saban gets guys to transfer in that aren't even in the portal. That takes a special kind of skill set.

I understand your point.

But you can’t ignore the obvious cheating before this year.

Also

Taking advantage of bad rules is putting yourself in an unfair advantage over others.

Still don’t understand the satisfaction in that type of winning.

Even the NFL has a salary cap.

Years ago the 49ers cheated the salary cap
Allowing them to keep their best players for years

When other teams couldn’t

I don’t understand the satisfaction in cheating and winning.

Young looked like garbage against LSU against a 3rd string defense with walk on corners. But ok.

As much as I hate to see it happen, you’re right. From his perspective; he’s currently in a program restarting from 2 years of drama, his coaches that he bought into are gone, his quarterback is uncertain, there are no realistic championship prospects for this year, and he’s got one year left to play and solidify or raise his draft position. He can play anywhere he wants because of the transfer portal.

In the case of Bama; they have a Heisman magician at QB, an offense that features great receivers, Saban and all that means, and a team stocked with top recruiting classes and always in the playoff.

And I’m not even factoring nil money things since he’s got only one year (another if he needs it) and the big money for him is the draft. Putting loyalties aside, what’s the best decision for him?

I hate it, but I see it and wish him the best. In the meantime LSU needs a year to steady the ship and get back on track. Players leaving is not solely about money.

Yes, he will make a great decision and it will be to stay at LSU. #geauxtigers
