re: Bombshell story coming on Guice (TMZ)

Mixon didn’t call the nfl out. Like it or not that’s what it comes down to, Guice should have stayed quiet. And I think he’s a great player and kid.

Sucks that now the NCAA won’t allow him to come back next year to play on LSU’s practice squad. He could use one more year.

Take off your LSU glasses. 336 combine participants. 270 something draft picks. How many guys are they talking about having shouting matches on team visits, showing up late a lot, lying to teams, etc.? Just one.

When everybody else handles themselves professionally, you stand out like a sore thumb when you don't and you're the exception. The teams wish nobody fell into that category. They wish nobody had red flags. It would make their drafting a lot easier.

Guice did all this to himself. He's still in the league though and has a chance to put it all behind him. But to place the blame anywhere else including inventing some huge conspiracy about it is nonsense.

I agree with you. Most of these adults have a lot of problems. I'd bet though that most of them know this is the most important thing in their life. They should be adult enough to know that these teams are investing a lot of money in them.

I honestly wish these troubled people would never make it. There are plenty of players out there that would love to have their spot. They make the sport worse too because they think they are entitled to act how they want.
